These Terms govern your use of trephystreats.comand your engagement with Trephy's Treats (“we”, “us”) for custom orders.
1. Orders & acceptance
Submitting the custom order form is a request, not a guaranteed booking. We will confirm availability and final pricing within 24 hours. An order is only accepted once we explicitly confirm it in writing (email or message) and any required deposit has been paid.
2. Pricing & payment
Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and depend on size, ingredients, complexity, and delivery requirements. A deposit may be required to secure your date; the balance is due before pickup or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Lead times
We require a minimum lead time (typically 5–7 days for custom cakes; longer for tiered or sculpted designs). Last-minute requests are accommodated subject to availability and may carry a rush surcharge.
4. Cancellations & refunds
- Cancellations more than 7 days before the date needed: full refund of any amount paid.
- Cancellations 3–7 days before: deposit non-refundable; balance refunded.
- Cancellations within 72 hours: no refund (ingredients are already procured / prepared).
5. Allergens & dietary information
Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and other common allergens. While we take reasonable care to honour stated allergies and dietary preferences, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free product. Please disclose all allergies in the “Special Notes” field of the order form.
6. Photos & design
Photographs of past work are for reference only; minor variations in colour, finish, and decoration are inherent to handcrafted baking. We retain the right to use photographs of your order for our portfolio and social media unless you opt out in writing at the time of ordering.
7. Delivery & pickup
Risk passes to you on pickup or delivery. We are not responsible for damage caused by transport, temperature, or handling after the item leaves our care unless we arranged the delivery and the damage was directly caused by our negligence.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any single order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
9. Privacy
Your personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
